Japanese model manufacturer MegaHouse, renowned for its popular "MEGA CAT PROJECT" series that transforms beloved characters into adorable felines, has announced its latest release: the "HUNTER×HUNTER NYANTER×NYANTER HUNTER×CAT" mini figures based on the hit series "Hunter x Hunter." This collection features six unique designs, each priced at 900 JPY (tax included), with an anticipated release in December 2026.
The MEGA CAT PROJECT is a charming line of mini figures that reimagines popular characters from Japanese anime and manga as cute cats. Each figure stands approximately 3 cm tall and is designed in collaboration with illustrator TAMPOPO, who is celebrated for their chibi-style characters and cartoonish feline artwork.
The "MEGA CAT PROJECT HUNTER×HUNTER NYANTER×NYANTER HUNTER×CAT" series, standing around 3 cm tall, features fan-favorite characters transformed into adorable cat forms, including Gon, Killua, Kurapika, Leorio, Hisoka, and Illumi! While retaining their irresistibly round and cute cat appearances, each figure incorporates distinct fur colors, signature outfits, and iconic hairstyles to perfectly capture the essence and unique style of their respective characters. Each figure also comes with a character card. Seriously, Hisoka showing off his little paw pads is just too much cuteness to handle!
