Danish toy brand LEGO has officially revealed its latest product in the "Wednesday" series, the "76787 Wednesday Backpack." Inspired by Wednesday Addams' iconic black backpack from the hit series, this brick-built model offers opening, storage, and display functionalities. The set comprises 401 pieces, is priced at $44.99, and is slated for release on October 1, 2026.
"Wednesday" is a Netflix series based on "The Addams Family," starring Jenna Ortega. Centered around dark humor and mystery, the show follows the reclusive Wednesday Addams as she investigates a thrilling murder case at a school for supernatural outcasts. Since its debut in 2022, the series has become a global phenomenon, setting Netflix's highest-ever first-week viewership record for an English-language series and remaining one of the most talked-about shows in recent years.
This set features a predominantly black color scheme with purple and silver-gray accents, perfectly capturing Wednesday's cool and mysterious signature style. The main highlight is its dual surprise design: opening the top of the backpack reveals a hidden mini dorm room scene.
