Hong Kong-based model maker FLAME TOYS has announced Dygenguar, the latest addition to its robot-themed Kuro Kara Kuri Die-cast Action Figure line. Based on the mecha from the "Super Robot Wars OG" video game series, the figure is scheduled for release in June 2027.

Dygenguar is the first Dynamic General Guardian unit, piloted by Sanger Zonvolt. Its Direct Motion Link control system and artificial muscle drive system give the massive machine remarkable speed and agility, allowing its pilot and mecha to fight as one. Built for close-quarters combat and swordplay, Dygenguar wields the Sanshiki Zankantou and Guardian's Sword to execute a range of devastating blade techniques capable of cleaving enemies in two.

Standing approximately 30cm tall, the Kuro Kara Kuri Dygenguar is based on the animated design by Masami Obari, enhanced with FLAME TOYS' signature mechanical detailing. The streamlined armor has been reworked with intricate mechanical elements, while the weighty paint application brings out the metallic finish across the entire figure. An LED light-up feature is also built into the head, illuminating both eyes for an even more dramatic display.

Die-cast components are used throughout many of the figure's joints, improving durability while giving it a satisfying sense of weight in hand. Combined with fully articulated fingers and an extensive range of motion, the figure can recreate dynamic poses such as raising the sword overhead with both hands, charging forward, or dropping into a deep kneeling stance. Accessories include the Sanshiki Zankantou in three different forms—normal, deployed, and Large Wheel—along with the distinctively barbed, curved Guardian's Sword, a jet effect for recreating the Dynamic Knuckle attack, and three interchangeable face parts with different expressions.

Orders placed through WING HOBBY STORE will also include an exclusive set of Kuro Kara Kuri original weapon-hanger parts, allowing the weapons to be mounted on Dygenguar's waist or back.
