Japanese figure maker MEDICOS has announced the latest release in its Re▼Dress line, known for 1/4-scale figures with realistic, removable fabric clothing: the Kurumi Tokisaki 1/4 Y-Shirt Ver. from the light novel anime adaptation Date A Live V. The painted figure is scheduled for release in July 2027 at a reference price of 26,950 yen.
Kurumi is the Worst Spirit, a powerful being who can control time and shadows. Her code name is Nightmare, and she can summon the giant clock angel Zafkiel to fire bullets with twelve different effects, including acceleration, deceleration, and creating clones. Because using her abilities consumes her own lifespan, she must continually steal time from others.
Standing approximately 40 cm tall, the figure depicts Kurumi in an oversized boyfriend-style shirt. The sculpt captures the soft fullness of her bust and the curves of her legs, while the shirt is made from real fabric and can be styled according to the collector’s preference. The lightweight material also creates a subtle see-through effect that heightens the figure’s sensual look.
The head ornament can be removed, but the main feature is that the shirt can be taken off completely, revealing sexy lingerie inspired by Kurumi’s classic Spirit outfit. The sculpt emphasizes the soft flesh pressed by the lingerie straps around her bust and hips, while warm, flushed skin tones add to the figure’s visual impact. Her alluring smile and finely graduated hair colors complete the look.
