Japanese model maker MEGAHOUSE has announced the latest collaboration in their original articulated figure series, "Desktop Army," featuring "Shintara Kaneshiya [Tenki] (Karva Chauth Gear)" from the popular mobile game "Alice Gear Aegis," slated for release in late May 2022.
Shintara Kaneshiya, an Actress from Narukozaka Manufacturing, is a passionate gamer, anime watcher, artist, and singer, often quoting internet memes and famous anime lines. Of Indian descent, she boasts healthy brown skin and a surprisingly voluptuous figure despite her petite 148cm height. In the game, her sniping skills are exceptional, and her combination of formidable strength and adorable personality has made her a fan favorite. Her dedicated equipment, "Ganesha," is one of the largest in the game, but when first released by Kotobukiya for their "Megami Device" line, a lighter "Karva Chauth Gear" version was designed due to cost and other considerations.
Following the Ganesha equipment, the "DESKTOP ARMY Shintara Kaneshiya [Tenki] (Karva Chauth Gear)" once again builds upon the previously released ace battle suit [Tenki] design. This time, the lighter "Karva Chauth Gear" version is given a matching black color scheme and includes a newly sculpted SP weapon, "Deepavali."
The approximately 80mm tall body features multiple articulated joints and comes with an interchangeable "confused face" expression part. The lightweight "Karva Chauth" GEAR can be displayed in a floating state using a clear stand and features deployable mechanical arms on both sides. Thanks to the common hardpoint system, it can be expanded with weapons from other products in the same series.
Additionally, the product includes a bonus serial code for the Japanese version of "Alice Gear Aegis," which grants players a set of "Shintara Kaneshiya's exclusive equipment" and other valuable in-game items.
