Japanese model manufacturer SYUTO, following their popular Sushi Model Kit series, is also back with four types of 1/1 scale pan-fried and boiled dumpling assembly kits in their highly-anticipated "Dumpling Model Kit" series (餃子プラモ)! Pre-orders were open in Japan, with an expected release in December 2021!
The Pan-Fried Dumpling Model Kit faithfully recreates the dumpling shape in 1:1 scale. Made from PS material, it features simple dumpling skin parts, with each assembled dumpling measuring approximately 2 x 5 x 3 cm. These kits are available in a "single serving" (five dumplings) or "half serving" (three dumplings) set. The packaging is also specially designed to mimic a takeout dumpling box. However, the golden-brown crisp on the bottom of the pan-fried dumplings must be painted by the builder using the included paints, putting your painting skills to the test!
