BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS, the collectible toy division, has announced a relaunch of its popular S.H.Figuarts line for the "Naruto" series, featuring brand-new articulated body sculpts. Prototype figures of Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno have been revealed, with release dates yet to be determined.
Addressing the unsightly and obtrusive joint parts of previous versions, the new body sculpts eliminate unnatural gaps at the joints. By incorporating additional articulation points and new elbow and knee sculpts, the exposed joint mechanisms are now hidden, allowing for more natural poses, improved body lines, and a wider range of motion. Beyond refreshing the designs for Naruto and Sasuke, Sakura Haruno, who previously hadn't received an S.H.Figuarts release, will also debut with this new articulated body.
Further details regarding these three figures are expected to be unveiled at "Jump Festa 2022," held on December 18-19, 2021.
