Following numerous releases based on the hit anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," Japanese toy company Max Factory's popular "figma" action figure series is expanding its lineup! The ever-popular "Flame Hashira" Kyojuro Rengoku and the "figma Akaza" are also set for simultaneous release. Both figures are priced at 11,000 JPY and were slated for a September 2022 release.
The "figma Akaza" stands approximately 15.3 cm tall. Utilizing figma's smooth yet poseable joints, the figure faithfully recreates Akaza's muscular physique and the distinctive deep blue criminal tattoos covering his body. He comes with three interchangeable face plates: his signature smiling "Standard Face," a gritted-teeth "Angry Face," and a maniacal "Laughing Face" for battle scenes. An included clear effect sheet for his "Destructive Kill: Compass Needle" ability allows fans to recreate intense battle scenes from the series!
