Japanese figure manufacturer Sentinel today announced their latest product, the "Changerion Action Figure," from Toei's tokusatsu series "Changerion," slated for an August 2022 release.
This newly commercialized "Changerion" is the heroic character from the 1996 Toei tokusatsu series "Changerion," transformed by the detective protagonist, Akira Suzumura. Utilizing the Hyper-Light Helmet, he absorbs light particles and envelops his entire body in crystal power, forming a reinforced armor that boosts human physical abilities dozens of times over.
The "Changerion Action Figure" boasts a highly articulated body design that captures the character's robust muscular physique. It meticulously recreates Changerion's sleek, high-tech aesthetic through the use of clear armor parts, die-cast components, electroplated elements, and various metallic paint applications, allowing collectors to truly feel its power and heft during play.
The figure comes with a wealth of accessories, including the cool Flash Blaster, the Shining Blade with both gold and clear blade options, and the wrist-mounted Shining Claw. The Flash Blaster and Shining Blade can also combine to form a gunblade. Furthermore, multiple interchangeable hand parts are included to recreate iconic poses from the show, along and even features the essential "mackerel" prop for those hilarious mistaken-item scenes!
