Japanese model manufacturer Kotobukiya, creator of the popular "Megami Device" plastic model kit series that combines mechanical elements with bishoujo (beautiful girl) body types, previously announced that its latest collaboration with the mobile game "Alice Gear Aegis," the "Kaneshiya Shitara [Tenki] Ver. Ganesha Equipment," was slated for an official reveal in early February 2022.
The Ganesha Equipment is a dedicated ☆4 gear set for the popular in-game character Kaneshiya Shitara. Designed by renowned mechanical designer Kanetake Ebikawa, its aesthetic incorporates numerous elephant motifs, reflecting Shitara's Indian heritage. This formidable gear boasts a massive volume, heavy armor, and is equipped with powerful armaments like a sniper rifle and spear. Upon its official release, it became the largest and most voluminous product in the Megami Device series to date.
The "Megami Device Kaneshiya Shitara [Tenki] Ver. Ganesha Equipment" will include the [Tenki] ace battle suit body for Kaneshiya Shitara, which previously appeared in the Light Armor Version, along with the Ganesha Equipment, molded in a striking jet-black color scheme to perfectly match the [Tenki] body.
Under the meticulous supervision of Kanetake Ebikawa, the kit faithfully recreates the heavy armor, standing approximately 29 cm tall, with added intricate details. It also features the impressive deployment mechanism for the upper body's arms. Compared to the standard Ganesha Equipment, this [Tenki] version will also include seven "Vajra"-shaped Psycommu weapons. When combined with a separately sold display stand, collectors can recreate the omnidirectional attack pose for her devastating SP skill, "Deepavali"!
