Japan-based model maker Sentinel recently teased the latest addition to its popular die-cast action figure series, "RIOBOT," featuring the protagonist mecha "LINEBARREL" from the manga "Linebarrels of Iron." Pre-orders are expected to open in Spring 2022.
The massive robot LINEBARREL is the "MACHINA" piloted by protagonist Kouichi Hayase in Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi's manga "Linebarrels of Iron." It is the unexpected 12th "anti-MACHINA unit" among the 11 MACHINA currently existing in the story. Its origins are shrouded in mystery, and its performance surpasses that of other MACHINA.
Currently, only supervised CG renders of the "RIOBOT LINEBARREL" have been released, with official product details to be announced at a later date.
