Following popular releases like Iron Man, Iron Spider, Captain America, Wolverine, and Deadpool, Sentinel's innovative "Fighting Armor" Marvel action figure series is expanding with the highly anticipated "Fighting Armor War Machine." This new figure is set to release in August 2022, with a suggested retail price of 12,100 JPY.

The "Fighting Armor" series is built on the imaginative concept: "What if Tony Stark designed armor for the Avengers?" Taking inspiration from the comic book designs, the line reinterprets Marvel's iconic superheroes with a sleek, "Sentinel-ized" Japanese aesthetic, crafting powerful armored suits that perfectly capture each character's essence. Each figure in the series is designed by mechanical designer Mitsunari Ohgami, with sculpting and supervision handled by Hiroyuki Komatsubara (studioRECKLESS), resulting in a fresh and dynamic armored style.

The eighth entry in the series, the "Fighting Armor War Machine" action figure, stands approximately 165mm tall. While War Machine's design was already Stark-engineered, this figure injects even richer, more intricate armor details, making his signature heavy external weaponry—often referred to as a "mobile arsenal"—appear even sharper and more refined. The main body incorporates die-cast parts throughout, lending a substantial, weighty feel to the figure. Combined with Sentinel's latest articulation design, which meticulously recreates human-like joint positions, the figure can achieve natural, dynamic poses, ensuring the armored suit moves with agility rather than appearing cumbersome. With the included display base, stand, and interchangeable parts, collectors can recreate thrilling combat scenes of War Machine fighting alongside Iron Man!

▼Beyond the massive leg armor, the figure impressively features machine guns on the arms, along with a Gatling gun and missile launcher on the back!
