GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable figure series "POP UP PARADE" and its enlarged spin-off series "POP UP PARADE L" will release a "Guts [Berserker Armor] L" PVC painted complete figure based on the popular work "Berserk"! The suggested retail price is 8,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in November 2022!
In "Berserk," when protagonist Guts battled the "Flame Dragon" Grunbeld, he donned the cursed armor "Berserker Armor" forged by the Dwarves (ドワーフ). The deep-seated hatred and resentment dormant within him are intensely amplified, and the surging, excited rage numbs pain, replaced by a ferocious, powerful impulse. This allows Guts to fight wildly with strength beyond human limits! He easily knocked away the Flame Dragon and instantly shattered shields that even cannonballs couldn't penetrate.
The "POP UP PARADE Guts [Berserker Armor] L" PVC painted complete figure stands approximately 28 cm tall. It is based on the cover illustration of manga volume 28, thoroughly recreating Guts' pose, clad in the Berserker Armor, crouching atop a rock with his massive sword resting on his shoulder, showcasing a powerful and imposing sculpt. The forbidden armor is covered in sharp lines, and the tattered cape behind him is sculpted with intricate textures, building up rich layers and a sense of realism. In addition to the standard head, there is also an interchangeable head that can be fitted with "mirait 316R" (sold separately) to enjoy an eye-lighting gimmick, further enhancing its terrifying presence.
