Released by Japanese model manufacturer MEGAHOUSE, the 1/8 scale character figure series 'Precious G.E.M.', an evolution from previous G.E.M. figures, today officially announced the latest product from 'CODE GEASS Lelouch of the Rebellion', the 'C.C. Britannia Outfit ver.', scheduled for release in February 2023.
This C.C. sculpt marks the first time the Britannia-style outfit, which has appeared multiple times in official illustrations but never in the anime series itself, has been brought to life in 3D. This outfit appeared after Lelouch successfully seized power and became the 99th Emperor of the Holy Britannian Empire. It features a black full-length gown as its main body, with striped white skirt panels hanging from the waist. Numerous eye-shaped ornaments adorn the entire outfit, pairing perfectly with Lelouch's Emperor attire of the same style.
The 'Precious G.E.M. C.C. Britannia Outfit ver.' is based on the design by character designer Takahiro Kimura, sculpting C.C.'s tall and slender physique. Metallic colors and clear parts are used to recreate the numerous eye ornaments and crystal pendants. Her dramatically flowing green hair and skirt evoke a sense of light, dynamic movement. This product can be displayed alongside the separately sold 'Precious G.E.M. Lelouch vi Britannia', looking towards Lelouch's back as he becomes emperor, her slightly sorrowful expression revealing her inner worries and unease.
Furthermore, the product's outer box will feature an illustration drawn by Takahiro Kimura, and newly drawn C.C. design materials created specifically for this product's commercialization will be included as accessories.
