Japanese figure manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY's latest product in the "Atelier Ryza" series, the "Ryza: Summer Adventure Dress Ver. 1/6 Scale Figure", which was announced in the summer of 2022, has finally had its latest prototype under supervision revealed today by character designer toridamono, after nearly half a year of waiting. However, the release date has not yet been announced.
Reisalin Stout, who seems to have an endless supply of figures, is an ordinary girl with an extraordinary physique. She is somewhat free-spirited, possesses a strong sense of justice, and never compromises on what she believes is right. Full of curiosity, Ryza constantly explores new things, feels uneasy about a dull and boring life, and often gathers with her childhood friends to discuss their dreams. One day, Ryza finally decided to pursue excitement and devised a plan to leave the village for an adventure, which unexpectedly led to an extraordinary journey. During her adventure, she used alchemy to create various tools to overcome difficulties, gradually becoming a full-fledged alchemist.
This particular outfit was a free costume added to "Atelier Ryza 2" in 2021 by Koei Tecmo to commemorate the "Atelier Ryza" series surpassing one million units in sales. The outfit was also designed by illustrator toridamono, dressing Ryza in an elegant and beautiful black gown, with the sheer lace design on the upper body being a major highlight. Although only the back view of the prototype for the "Ryza: Summer Adventure Dress Ver. 1/6 Scale Figure" has been revealed so far, the overall completeness is already quite high. The sheer lace is rendered with transparent parts and printed patterns to create a beautiful design, and faithfully recreates Ryza's characteristic plump thigh sculpt.
