Japan's Bandai Toys online store PREMIUM BANDAI (PB for short) is releasing the latest Special Memorize series, featuring the classic anime Ojamajo Doremi, with the "Special Memorize Ojamajo Doremi Apprentice Tap" prop toy. The suggested retail price is 5,940 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in August 2023!
Toei Animation's Japanese magical girl anime Ojamajo Doremi premiered in 1999 and remains immensely popular over 20 years later. The story centers on Harukaze Doremi, who calls herself "the unluckiest beautiful girl in the world" and wishes to use magic to confess to her crush. Through a twist of fate, she stumbles upon the Maho-Do and becomes a witch apprentice. Together with her friends Hazuki, Aiko, Onpu, Momoko, and others, she participates in the witch apprentice trials, striving to become a full-fledged witch!
The highly anticipated "Special Memorize Ojamajo Doremi Apprentice Tap" brings to life the classic first-season magical item exclusively for witch apprentices from the anime. It features luxurious gold plating and a clear molded magic sphere design, perfectly recreating the dreamy and adorable appearance of the Tap from the show. The central button has a built-in LED light that reproduces the transformation device's activation light effect from the series. When pressed, it not only lights up but also plays the familiar transformation melody, evoking memories of the apprentice uniform changing scene! Holding it down will play the theme song "Ojamajo Carnival!!" Additionally, in addition to 8 different sound effects for each musical note button (such as piano, clarinet, xylophone, etc.), the magic sphere also has Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Si-Do sound effects, and includes sound effects for the magical instruments Peperuto Poron and the magic broom when Do-Mi-So-Do or Do-Fa-La-Do are pressed!
