Japan's TAKARA TOMY company's toy brand T-ARTS, following the "Diorama Collect (ジオラマコレクト)" Gashapon toys with a "Pokémon" theme, specifically the "Electric & Water" and "Fire & Grass" series, is set to release its latest installment, the "Paldea Region Arc" (パルデア地方編), this coming April!
T-ARTS' "Pokémon" themed "Diorama Collect" series features Pokémon of various types sculpted in dynamic attacking poses, ranging from 4.5 to 5.5 cm in size. Each figure comes with a connectable base of the same specification and attack effects corresponding to their respective types, allowing collectors to recreate cute yet powerful battle scenes of Pokémon in miniature form. Unlike the previous two installments which focused on type battles, T-ARTS is capitalizing on the buzz surrounding the premiere of "Pokémon Horizons" by bringing the popular Paldean starter Pokémon to all toy enthusiasts. This series includes four types: "Sprigatito," "Fuecoco," "Quaxly," and "Pikachu." The effect parts are essentially the same as previous works, but the Grass-type effect paired with Sprigatito appears to have a new paint application.
