Hong Kong toy company Storm Collectibles, which has released many articulated collectible figures, will launch an articulated figure of the female ninja "Taki" (TAKI), a character from BANDAI NAMCO's popular fighting game Soulcalibur, in Q3 2023!
The classic 3D fighting game series Soulcalibur, released by BANDAI NAMCO, is renowned and popular for its beautiful characters, lifelike movements, and exhilarating elements such as the crisp and impactful feel of weapon combat. Its latest installment, Soulcalibur VI, launched in 2018, serving as a 20-year culmination of the series. Five years on, it remains highly popular and frequently features guest characters from other titles.
Taki is also a veteran character in the Soulcalibur series, having appeared since the very first title, Soul Edge. She is a female ninja from the Fuma Village in Japan, whose primary occupation is exorcising evil spirits. To enhance her beloved sword, Rekkimaru, she embarked on a journey to find Soul Edge. Later, sensing its immense evil power, she resolved to seal it away. Her full-body, form-fitting suit that emphasizes her physique is Taki's most distinctive feature, offering a different kind of sex appeal compared to characters with more revealing outfits.
This Taki figure by STORM COLLECTIBLES is based on her appearance in Soulcalibur VI. In addition to excellent articulation, Taki's beautiful physique has, of course, been faithfully reproduced as much as possible. The luster on her chest, abdomen, and thighs, among other areas, is exquisite, and the patterns on her armor are meticulously sculpted. Regarding accessories, there are two interchangeable facial expressions, and Taki's mask can be freely attached and detached. Six sets of interchangeable hand parts and two ninja swords are included.
