Chinese toy brand CCSTOYS, renowned for its robot alloy model "Iron Saga" series, recently announced a brand new alloy action figure series, "Light Trajectory," officially licensed by Japan's Tsuburaya Productions and themed on "Ultraman." The first product, "Ultraman Zero," is scheduled for release in May-June 2023.
"Ultraman Zero," who enjoys immense popularity among the new generation Ultramen, is the son of Ultraman Seven. As a warrior, he possesses exceptional qualities and is known as the strongest young warrior in the Land of Light. However, in his youth, he overconfidently sought greater power, approaching the core of the "Plasma Spark Tower" and committing a taboo. He left the Land of Light under the guise of "exile," but was actually taken by his father to the frontier planet K76, where he was entrusted to Ultraman Leo and Astra for rigorous training of mind, body, and spirit. When Belial's escape from prison caused a crisis, Zero, having matured in both mind and body, returned to the Land of Light as a warrior, utilizing his hard-trained powerful combat skills to successfully repel Belial.
The "Light Trajectory Ultraman Zero" has been thoroughly supervised by Japan's Tsuburaya Productions. It stands approximately 19.5 cm tall and faithfully recreates the proportions and design from the series, perfectly reproducing the sharp and cool lines of the head darts, eyes, and other areas. Metallic silver and other colors are applied to express the texture of the body surface. Many joints throughout the body, including the chest and limbs, are made with alloy parts, providing both joint strength and a satisfying weight.
The forehead, eyes, and Color Timer are equipped with built-in LED light-up mechanisms, recreating the glowing effects seen in the suit from the series. The Color Timer can change from blue to red light without needing to replace parts. In addition to a dedicated stand and multiple pairs of interchangeable hands, the accessories also include various weapons transformed from the head darts, allowing for the recreation of poses where the head darts are removed from the head, and dynamic poses for "Zero Twin Shoot" and "Zero Twin Sword." Furthermore, the enhanced equipment for the transformed power-up form "Ultimate Zero," the Ultimate Bracelet (normal/damaged state), is also interchangeable!
