Aoshima V.F.G. Variable Fighter Girls Series "Macross Delta Makina Nakajima" Prototype Under Development Revealed, Products for Five Walküre Members Continue to Be Developed

Following last year's announcement by ACKS, the plastic model brand under Aoshima Bunka Kyozai Co., Ltd., that the five Walküre members from "Macross Delta" would be commercialized as part of the "V.F.G." (Variable Fighter Girls) plastic model series from "Macross," the prototype of the first product, "Makina Nakajima," which is currently under development, was finally revealed again recently. The release date is yet to be determined.

The five Walküre members appearing in the V.F.G. series – Mikumo Guynemer, Freyja Wion, Kaname Buccaneer, Makina Nakajima, and Reina Prowler – incorporate the series' signature playability, featuring flexible articulated bodies that can combine with the VF-31 Siegfried series variable fighters into armed forms. Each member's articulated body is adjusted to a different physique based on their character's height settings and features corresponding image colors.

While the overall silhouette and articulated joints of the currently revealed "Makina Nakajima" prototype appear to be complete, and the overall parts separation seems fine, the VF-31 part has not yet been revealed. It remains to be seen if more progress will be showcased at the "Shizuoka Hobby Show 2023" held on May 10th.
