【THE MONSTERS x Kow Yokoyama Ma.K. Series】
Honestly, Pop Mart should have hired me as their spokesperson this time...
The Ma.K mechs, with their unique curved designs, and the mischievous pilots LABUBU and TYCOCO, collide to create fascinating stories of adventure, friendship, romance, and courage.
The entire series of mechs utilizes a hand-wiping paint technique to simulate the weathered effect of Ma.K. mechs. Each figure will have slight variations in the hand-wiped paint effect, making each one a unique mark. The cockpit canopy of all figures in the series can be opened, revealing the faces of LABUBU and TYCOCO; the arms and right hands of some mechs are rotatable, enriching the play experience.
Kasing Lung's THE MONSTERS series has already captivated the entire art toy world! And my idol - Master Kow Yokoyama - also recently ventured into art toys! The previous two large-scale collaboration pieces, S.A.F.S. and Snowball, received an extremely enthusiastic response upon release, and both pieces remain among collectors' most coveted treasures to this day! And now, finally, some high-quality blind box products with relatively accessible prices have been released!
The THE MONSTERS series features Labubu and Tycoco as pilots, piloting five famous mechs from the SF3D series, with six different body types, totaling twelve products. The main mechs include SAFS, Snowball, SAFS Prototype, AFS MK I, PKA Gustav, PKA Fliege, and more!
Each full box of the series contains 12 basic figures, with a chance of randomly containing 1 secret figure... In the end, I chose to buy them from resellers...
