GOOD SMILE COMPANY's popular "Nendoroid" series, which boasts over a thousand different products, will release its latest item, "Nendoroid Gabimaru," based on the popular anime "Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku." It will have a suggested retail price of 6,500 JPY and is scheduled for release in October 2023.
"Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku," a manga series created by Japanese manga artist Yuji Kaku, is set in the late Edo period. The story follows "Gabimaru," the strongest ninja from Iwagakure Village. After marrying his wife, he no longer wished to carry out assassination missions and desired to leave the village for a peaceful life. However, he was framed, arrested, and sentenced to death. To gain his freedom and reunite with his wife, Gabimaru accepts a deal from the executioner "Yamada Asaemon Sagiri" to travel with other death row inmates to a mysterious island, rumored to be a paradise, in search of the "Elixir of Life."
The "Nendoroid Gabimaru" stands approximately 10 cm tall. It adorably recreates Gabimaru's short stature and white hair, among other features, capturing his cool and indifferent demeanor even in chibi form! It comes with a sharp "serious face," an unimpressed "blank face," and a "combat face," along with accessories such as a mask, effect parts for his Ninjutsu: Kaho (Fire Mage), and a sword!
