Following the standard edition of Lumitea, Japanese model manufacturer KOTOBUKIYA's new Bishoujo plastic model kit series "ARCANADEA" recently announced its latest product, "Lumitea ReACT-A," scheduled for release in November 2023.
Originally a kind and gentle light-attribute angelic DEARS, Lumitea's "ReACT-A" version, released under the name of attribute change, features a dark-attribute alternate color scheme. Not only have her pure white attire and wings turned jet black, but her personality also seems to have become slightly more assertive.
"Lumitea ReACT-A" is based on the standard version's design, with original designer necömi supervising the brand-new jet-black color scheme. It includes two hair color parts and four pre-painted new facial expression parts, showcasing a unique personality distinct from the light-attribute Lumitea. Once completed, the highly articulated body stands approximately 17 cm tall, featuring a flexible and elegant design. It can unfurl its magnificent jet-black wings to strike dynamic poses and can transform from an unarmed "Normal Mode" to a "Battle Mode."
Accessories include various armor parts to recreate "Battle Mode," a sword, a sheath, a dedicated display base, and 5 pairs of different PVC hand parts, along with special hands for a prayer pose. Furthermore, water-slide decals featuring various eye and mouth designs are included for customizing preferred expressions. Of course, Kotobukiya models wouldn't be complete without interesting interchangeability; the entire body utilizes universal 3mm joints, while the back features HEXA GEAR-standard hexagonal joints. Head adapter parts for "Frame Arms Girl" and "Megami Device" are also included, allowing for shared parts with various other Kotobukiya model kits.
