Japanese toy company KOTOBUKIYA's "ARTFX J" product series, following the release of "Gabimaru" from "Hell's Paradise," today (the 1st) officially announced the new "Yamada Asaemon Sagiri" 1/8 scale PVC pre-painted figure and opened pre-orders. It is scheduled for release in March 2024.
This figure stands approximately 21 cm tall, dynamically capturing Sagiri's focused sword-drawing pose. Her fiercely flowing brown long hair and red hair tie, the wrinkles in her white kimono created by the movement, and her wide, fluttering sleeves all contribute to the sense of speed in Sagiri's sword-wielding stance. When viewed from the side, one can further appreciate her unique elegant demeanor. The sculpting of her physique, the glossy finish of the golden bell and sword guard, the texture of her sandals, and other details are all exquisitely rendered. Her seemingly calm facial expression reflects Sagiri's most effective and mentally stable state during combat, as depicted in the story. I truly love Sagiri!
▼ It's worth noting that purchasing this figure from the KOTOBUKIYA Shop (コトブキヤショップ) will also include an exclusive bonus interchangeable face part, further enhancing its versatility.
