Japanese model manufacturer MEGAHOUSE has announced the popular third installment in its mid-to-low-priced "MONSTERS CHRONICLE" small-scale monster figure series, featuring "Dark Necrofear" from "Yu-Gi-Oh!" The suggested retail price is 7,040 JPY, with an estimated release in December 2023.
The "MONSTERS CHRONICLE" series, a new line of finished monster figures priced under 10,000 JPY, features figures approximately 15 cm or less in height. While significantly smaller than the high-end "ART WORKS MONSTERS" series, they still boast powerful poses and bases that highlight the monsters' charm, allowing fans to collect "Yu-Gi-Oh!" monsters like a 3D encyclopedia. This series is perfect for fans who want to own these figures but are concerned about display space and price!
Yami Bakura's ace monster, "Dark Necrofear," makes its first 3D appearance! The "MONSTERS CHRONICLE Dark Necrofear" stands approximately 14 cm tall. Its design is based on the original card artwork, depicting the blue-skinned Dark Necrofear holding a child's doll with a broken head, a faint, eerie smile on its face. The shackles-like attire features a heavy metallic paint finish, and intricate stitching details on the arms and neck are meticulously sculpted. The effect parts, spreading from its feet across its entire body, are elaborately crafted to include castles, eyes, and skulls, creating a dangerous and terrifying atmosphere!
▼MONSTERS CHRONICLE "Yu-Gi-Oh!" Third Wave: "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" and "Buster Blader, the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman" also released simultaneously.
