The assembly model candy toy 『MINIPLA』 series, released by BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., today announced the latest product from "Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger", "Shugod Gattai PB King-Ohger ZERO", scheduled for release in March 2024.
King-Ohger ZERO is the result of years of top-secret research by the Hasty Royal Family, who rule Shugoddam. It utilizes artificial technology to replicate the ten insect Shugods that form King-Ohger, naming them "ZERO". They feature a distinct black and gold color scheme, differing from the true Shugods. The King's Sword ZERO, wielded by the current king Racles Hasty, not only allows him to transform into Ohkuwagata Ohger but also to summon and control King-Ohger ZERO, unleashing power that surpasses the original King-Ohger through the sword's data.
The "MINIPLA Shugod Gattai PB King-Ohger ZERO" is based on the previously released King-Ohger, with modifications. The ten Shugods ZERO are produced with metallic molded colors featuring glitter particles, recreating the metallic black and gold color scheme. The face parts are pre-painted, and with the included stickers, the appearance of each Shugod can be reproduced. Through precise mechanisms, they can combine into the artificial Shugod "King-Ohger ZERO"!
The wing sheaths of Kuwagata Shugod ZERO, the wings of Papillon Shugod ZERO, the legs of Spider Shugod ZERO, and the hand parts of King-Ohger ZERO all come with two types of interchangeable parts, allowing for the most suitable proportions whether the Shugods are displayed individually or combined into King-Ohger ZERO. After combination, each joint features articulation, enabling dynamic battle poses from the show. Furthermore, it can combine with the separately sold Three Legendary Shugods to recreate original forms not seen in the series!
