GOOD SMILE COMPANY of Japan's affordable pre-painted figure series, "POP UP PARADE," is releasing the "POP UP PARADE Kurapika" PVC figure, based on the popular series "HUNTER x HUNTER"! The suggested retail price is 4,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in January 2024!
Kurapika was a candidate in the 287th Hunter Exam, acting alongside Gon and Leorio during the trials. Later, with Killua Zoldyck, the four became companions. He is a survivor of the Kurta Clan, which was annihilated by the Phantom Troupe, and embarked on a path of revenge to avenge his clan. Originally intelligent, calm, and rational, he becomes neurotic and loses his judgment whenever matters concerning the Troupe or his clan arise. When emotionally agitated, his eyes turn scarlet, becoming "Scarlet Eyes."
The "POP UP PARADE Kurapika" PVC figure stands approximately 175 mm tall, faithfully recreating Kurapika in his traditional blue clan attire. The pose revealing the chains on his hand is dramatically striking yet undeniably cool; his sharp gaze, combined with his flowing hair and attire, gives the entire figure an imposing presence!
