Japan's Furyu Corporation (フリュー株式会社), which operates various entertainment businesses, will release the latest product from its popular prize figure series "Noodle Stopper Figure (ぬーどるストッパーフィギュア)" in the 4th week of this September: "Yamada Asaemon Sagiri" from "Jigokuraku"!
This "Sagiri" figure is based on the bathing scene from Episode 7 of the "Jigokuraku" anime, titled "Flower and Sacrifice." Sagiri, wanting to properly bathe "Mei (メイ)" to repay her for her hospitality, rolls up the wide sleeves of her white kimono and exposes her legs for ease of movement. The biggest difference from her usual appearance is the addition of a headband and a white obi. This figure, standing at 10 cm tall, recreates Sagiri in a kneeling pose, holding a wooden washbasin in her hands. Her serious expression fully conveys the sense of ritual she creates for Mei's bath. With such a devoted Sagiri helping you keep your instant noodles warm, they're sure to taste even better!
