BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division of Japan's figure series "Figuarts ZERO", specifically the "EXTRA BATTLE" series which vividly portrays characters unleashing their special moves with exquisite effects, has announced the latest product from the "Naruto Shippuden" theme: "Uchiha Sasuke -Light and Darkness of the Mangekyo Sharingan-", with a reference price of 9,900 JPY, scheduled for release in April 2024!
Uchiha Sasuke, born into the Uchiha clan with the powerful Sharingan eye technique bloodline, spent his childhood in the shadow of his genius older brother Itachi. His father and clan's praise and expectations for Itachi made Sasuke feel neglected. However, Itachi deeply loved Sasuke, always hoping Sasuke would surpass him, and even promised to help Sasuke with his training... Yet, the brother he admired almost completely annihilated the Uchiha clan overnight, left Konoha to become a rogue ninja, and joined the "Akatsuki" organization. This tragic experience ignited a desire for revenge in Sasuke against Itachi, and he single-mindedly sought powerful strength to kill Itachi and avenge his clan.
The "Figuarts ZERO EXTRA BATTLE Uchiha Sasuke -Light and Darkness of the Mangekyo Sharingan-" PVC completed figure is based on the intense battle scene between Sasuke and Itachi in "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 356. It features a leaning squatting pose with one hand on the ground, while the other hand raises a Fuma Shuriken crafted with transparent materials. The solemn expression on his face conveys the complex emotions of confronting his brother. The rock-shaped base is accompanied by smoke effects, and details such as fallen bandages are meticulously rendered. Display it together with the separately sold 'Figuarts ZERO EXTRA BATTLE Uchiha Itachi -Light and Darkness of the Mangekyo Sharingan-' to recreate the contrast between the brothers!
