From Japanese model manufacturer Megahouse, the 'GGG (Gundam Girls Generation)' character figure series, which exquisitely sculpts female characters from the "Mobile Suit Gundam" series, recently announced its latest product from "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury", "Suletta Mercury", slated for release in June 2024.
The protagonist of "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury" is a girl named Suletta Mercury. In her childhood, she lived with her mother in the extremely harsh frontier region of "Mercury", where Suletta was the only child, and the AI of the Gundam Aerial became her companion for growth and play. At 16, Suletta was sent by her mother to the "Asticassia School of Technology", operated by the "Benerit Group", a leading enterprise in the mobile suit industry, which gathers elites from around the world, to study in the second year of the piloting department. Many unfamiliar novelties thrilled her, but due to her introverted personality and lack of experience interacting with peers, she struggled with communication.
The "GGG Suletta Mercury" figure, standing approximately 21.5 cm tall, sculpts Suletta in her Duelist uniform in a dynamic and adorable pose. Her uniquely styled hair parts feature a flowing, dynamic look, and her facial features capture an innocent and charming smile. The uniform not only faithfully reproduces the gold paint around the collar but also utilizes a pearlescent white finish on the white fabric to convey a silky texture. The base supporting Suletta's dynamic pose is inspired by the chest design of the Gundam Aerial, boasting rich details and colors.
