Japanese toy company KOTOBUKIYA's "ARTFX J" series, which creates exquisite three-dimensional figures of Japanese anime and game characters, is releasing the latest "ARTFX J Toji Fushiguro" 1/8 scale figure, based on the popular anime series "Jujutsu Kaisen Hidden Inventory / Premature Death Arc"! The suggested retail price is 17,600 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in June 2024.
Toji Fushiguro, the curse user who appears as an antagonist in the "Jujutsu Kaisen Hidden Inventory / Premature Death Arc," is Megumi Fushiguro's biological father. Due to the compulsory binding of the "Heavenly Restriction," he was born without cursed energy despite coming from a sorcerer family. However, by completely abandoning cursed energy, Toji possesses an incredibly powerful physique and exceptional physical talent. His five senses, including touch, smell, and hearing, are also heightened to the extreme, making his strength second only to Satoru Gojo.
The "ARTFX J Toji Fushiguro" 1/8 scale figure stands approximately 19 cm tall. It sculpts Toji in a dynamic pose, wielding the Inverted Spear of Heaven and firmly kneeling on one knee. From his arms and chest to his powerful back muscles, his superhumanly strong physique is faithfully and meticulously rendered! The wicked smile on his face further showcases his fearless charm on the battlefield, and the details of his fingers are also very lifelike. The caterpillar-like cursed spirit (aka storage bag) wrapped around him is detachable, allowing for a fuller appreciation of the intense lines of his entire body.
