From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS' action figure brand "S.H.Figuarts", following "Naruto" and "Sakura" in the "NARUTOP99 Commemorative Illustration" series specially drawn by *Naruto* author Masashi Kishimoto-sensei, the latest product has been revealed: "Minato Namikaze -NARUTOP99 Edition-"! The suggested retail price is 8,250 JPY, with an estimated release in July 2024.
To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Masashi Kishimoto's popular work *NARUTO*, a global popularity poll for Naruto characters was held from December 28, 2022, to January 31, 2023, garnering a total of 4,600,000 votes. The Fourth Hokage, "Minato Namikaze," secured an overwhelming first place, while the eternal older brother, "Itachi Uchiha," took second. Surprisingly, "Sakura Haruno" claimed third place, surpassing "Shisui Uchiha" and "Kakashi Hatake." The protagonists, "Naruto Uzumaki" and "Sasuke Uchiha," ranked sixth and eighth respectively. To thank fans worldwide for their support, Kishimoto-sensei specially drew the "NARUTOP99 Commemorative Illustration" (to make another profit wave).
The "Minato Namikaze -NARUTOP99 Edition-" action figure, approximately 16 cm tall, features a completely new sculpt that faithfully recreates the Fourth Hokage's appearance from the original *NARUTOP99* illustration. It includes a face part with a kunai in his mouth and a Rasengan effect part, condensed in his palm and engraved with the number 99. His iconic Fourth Hokage cloak is made of soft material, allowing for free posing without hindering movement, perfectly achieving dynamic and cool stances! Additionally, it comes with multiple interchangeable face parts, including a smiling face, a battle-shouting face, a confident smiling face, and a fatherly loving smiling face. Accessories include a kunai for holding, along with various interchangeable hand gestures, allowing you to enjoy the heroic姿態 of the fastest man in the ninja world~
