Singaporean statue manufacturer XM Studios has recently unveiled its latest product, the "Batman Beyond" 1/4 scale full statue, part of its "Samurai Series" which centers on DC comic characters and incorporates elements of Japan's Sengoku period and samurai culture! The "Batman Beyond" statue, brought to life in the Samurai Series, stands approximately 59 cm tall. This high-tech suit is infused with a wealth of intricate details. In addition to the original bat symbol on the chest, areas such as the legs and abdomen are accented with red. Upon closer inspection, one can also discover Japanese patterns compatible with the futuristic aesthetic. From an overall design perspective, the Japanese-style elements in this Batman Beyond iteration are quite subtle. The most striking features are undoubtedly the interchangeable head sculpts in ninja style and Hannya demon mask style. The demon mask head sculpt is incredibly cool!
In addition to the interchangeable head, the red wings on the back also feature two states: extended and retracted. The right arm replacement parts include two options: a fully unsheathed red energy blade and a drawing-sword pose. The left hand offers even more choices, with an arm holding a red energy blade, as well as an additional arm that can be swapped to hold a Batarang or unleash claws, providing a wide variety of display options. The base, designed with a destroyed and collapsed torii gate engulfed in raging flames, incorporates Easter eggs from other DC characters, such as Catwoman's mask, Harley Quinn's mallet, and more. The overall arrangement of details is truly impressive.
