The popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts" from TAMASHII NATIONS, the collectors' toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., has announced its latest product, "Kazuya Mishima," coinciding with the official release of the latest installment in the Tekken series, "Tekken 8." The suggested retail price is 8,800 JPY, with an anticipated release in July 2024!
Bandai Namco Entertainment's eighth main installment in the Tekken series, "Tekken 8," is set half a year after the conclusion of "Tekken 7." Protagonist Jin Kazama rises to challenge his father, Kazuya Mishima, to confront his destiny. Kazuya Mishima subsequently ignites a global conflict, inviting top fighters from around the world to participate in his hosted Tekken Tournament, once again escalating the father-son struggle to impact the entire world...
Making his debut in the S.H.Figuarts series, the "Kazuya Mishima" action figure stands approximately 15 cm tall. It features his refreshed, cool costume design from the game, meticulously recreating the leather textures on his gloves and coat. The coat tails are made from a soft material, allowing for a wide range of dynamic battle poses thanks to the series' excellent articulation! His signature swept-back hair, fierce demeanor, and characteristic facial markings are also faithfully reproduced. The figure includes three interchangeable face plates: a standard face, a right-looking face, and a shouting face, along with interchangeable hand parts and a game-designed background sheet to recreate in-game scenarios!
