Japanese toy company Kotobukiya, under its 1/7 scale PVC figure series, has launched a new product "Frieren" based on the popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End". The suggested retail price is 19,800 JPY, and pre-orders are now open, with an estimated release in October 2024.

The Japanese manga "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End (葬送のフリーレン)", written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe, tells the story of the elf mage Frieren, who, along with the human hero Himmel, the dwarf warrior Eisen, and the human priest Heiter, returns as a hero after a ten-year adventure. Frieren, who can live for thousands of years without aging, perceives the passage of time differently from mortals. After experiencing the deaths and aging of her companions, she regrets not having truly understood others. Frieren embarks on a new journey to experience the meaning of life and time.

The "Kotobukiya Frieren 1/7 Scale Figure" stands approximately 23.5 cm tall. Frieren's light purple twin tails are recreated with gradient clear parts, not only creating a sense of lightness but also capturing a flowing, ethereal movement in the sculpting. This, combined with the overall pose, showcases the elf's gentle aura. The delicate white-gold main color scheme of her small cape outfit and the magic staff in her hand are meticulously painted and sculpted. Her dignified expression, though serene, is captivating! The colorful flowers at her feet evoke the beautiful scenes from the series.

Orders placed at Kotobukiya stores include a bonus interchangeable expression!
