American toy manufacturer Diamond Select Toys recently announced its latest product based on 'The Lord of the Rings' film series — the 'The Lord of the Rings Legolas' Deluxe Gallery Diorama, with a suggested retail price of US$80, expected to ship in Q4 2024!
Based on J.R.R. Tolkien's novel of the same name, Peter Jackson's 'The Lord of the Rings' film trilogy tells the story of Frodo Baggins, a Hobbit from Middle-earth, who inherits a mysterious ring from his uncle – a ring possessing the powerful ability to destroy the world. To prevent this power from being misused, the protagonists plan to take it to Mount Doom to destroy it, embarking on a dangerous and arduous journey.
Legolas, the Elven Prince and a member of the Fellowship of the Ring, possesses exceptional archery skills and equally impressive close-combat abilities. His elegant demeanor and outstanding combat prowess have earned him widespread admiration from fans of 'The Lord of the Rings' series.
This Legolas Deluxe Gallery Diorama is crafted from PVC, meticulously sculpted to capture the refined likeness of actor Orlando Bloom. It dynamically portrays him with both feet planted on a rocky base, drawing his bow and aiming at an enemy, showcasing his heroic stance. The paint application further meticulously recreates the intricate details of his equipment, such as his bracers, cloak, and quiver, highlighting their different material textures! Fans of 'The Lord of the Rings' series should not miss out on this!
