MONDO, the renowned poster design and toy company that has previously released numerous 1/6 scale articulated figures based on the classic animated series "Masters of the Universe," has announced its first-ever super-sized soft vinyl figure from the "Masters of the Universe" series—the "Masters of the Universe ScareGlow." It will retail for US$265 and is expected to ship in July 2024!

The ScareGlow character first appeared in the 1987 "Masters of the Universe" toy line produced by Mattel. He is an evil ghost summoned from another dimension by the main antagonist, Skeletor. In the 1987 UK "Masters of the Universe" comic, ScareGlow was introduced with the formidable ability to become invisible during the day and to terrify enemies with an intense glow at night. ScareGlow's cool design and abilities have long been beloved by fans, and in recent years, merchandise featuring him has become highly sought-after within the "Masters of the Universe" series!
Hector Arce, MONDO's Senior Creative Director, believes that "Masters of the Universe" fans have always wanted a ScareGlow toy with a translucent body that reveals the skeleton within, rather than just a printed skull graphic. After a period of dedicated effort, the "Masters of the Universe ScareGlow" is now available!

This MONDO "Masters of the Universe ScareGlow" super-sized soft vinyl toy boasts an astonishing 15-inch (approximately 38 cm) stature. The outer body is made of transparent soft vinyl, while the inner part features ScareGlow's iconic glow-in-the-dark material! The purple fabric cape faithfully recreates ScareGlow's look from the classic 80s "Masters of the Universe" series and includes a wire structure, allowing collectors to pose it in various ways. With the change in material, the transparent body revealing the internal skeletal structure significantly enhances ScareGlow's intimidating presence. Combined with its colossal size, this figure is set to become an unmissable centerpiece in any collector's display!
