Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's prize figure brand BANPRESTO is set to release the latest additions to its "One Piece Senkou Zekkei" series, which features two characters in a dynamic battle pose – "Monkey D. Luffy" and "Rob Lucci." They are scheduled for release as prize figures in March 2024!
The showdown between Luffy and Lucci takes place during the Enies Lobby Arc of "One Piece." On their journey to rescue Nico Robin, who was taken by the World Government, Luffy and his crew encountered the World Government's powerful secret intelligence organization – CP9. The Straw Hat Pirates then engaged in a series of fierce battles against CP9 members on Enies Lobby. After Luffy defeated CP9 member Blueno using his newly developed technique, "Gear Second," he confronted CP9's leader, Rob Lucci, and an intense struggle ensued. Facing Lucci, a user of the Cat-Cat Fruit, Model: Leopard, Luffy was initially pushed into a corner but ultimately triumphed by utilizing his newly developed ability during the battle, "Gear Third – Bone Balloon," to defeat Lucci.
These two new products depict the scene of Luffy and Lucci's confrontation. While their Devil Fruit abilities are not explicitly shown in the sculpts, the figures capture Luffy's tensed arm muscles and Lucci's muscular physique hidden beneath his suit. Coupled with the dust cloud effects rising behind them, they perfectly convey the shocking power and intensity of this epic battle!
