After a bath, you just have to drink milk, right!?
Japanese toy manufacturer MIMEYOI (MIMEYOI Co., Ltd.), specializing in bishoujo figures, has officially announced its latest masterpiece from the popular mobile game Azur Lane: the "Kashino Onsen Relaxation Time (Yuagari Pleasure Time)" 1/4 scale pre-painted PVC figure! Both a standard edition and a TF edition limited edition will be released simultaneously, with shipping scheduled to begin in February 2025. The suggested retail prices for the two versions are 38,280 JPY and 34,980 JPY respectively (all prices include tax).
In the world of Azur Lane, Kashino is an SR-class transport ship belonging to the Sakura Empire faction, based on the former Imperial Japanese Navy's "Kashino-class supply ship." Although her role as a transport ship means fewer opportunities for combat, Kashino proudly holds the title of Azur Lane's largest bust, making her a super popular, hot spring-loving cow-girl! This time, MIMEYOI not only chose the bold "Onsen Relaxation Time" design as its theme but also decided to craft it in a large 1/4 scale to accommodate Kashino's extraordinary dimensions. They truly understand, and we believe all Commanders present will instinctively salute MIMEYOI.
This figure stands approximately 15 cm tall and measures 32.5 cm in length. It not only faithfully recreates the magnificent bust from the "Kashino Onsen Relaxation Time" design, but also features an unexpectedly alluring back pose that cannot be fully appreciated in the game. Kashino's distinctive ears, the bandage applied for her "Onsen Relaxation Time," the highly revealing translucent swimsuit, and her cute cow tail, among other details, are all sculpted with exceptional skill. The depiction of her eyes and her innocent, pitiable expression are also exquisite. The nearly squashed Manjuu (little yellow chick) is undoubtedly an amusing detail that highlights Kashino's character setting, and the tautness and rosy blush of her chest are even more intense than depicted in the game.
The difference between the two versions of "Kashino Onsen Relaxation Time" lies in the base and nameplate. The standard edition will include a special acrylic display base, printed with the English names of Azur Lane and Kashino, along with the Sakura Empire faction emblem. The more affordably priced TF edition limited version, however, comes without a base but includes a nameplate, with printing essentially identical to that on the acrylic display base. It's up to each Commander to decide which they prefer.
