The suggested retail price is US$275, with pre-orders opening tomorrow (the 12th) on MONDO's official website, and an estimated shipping date of July 2024!
James Groman is renowned for designing monsters with his distinctive artistic style, having collaborated with numerous toy brands on various products. He previously partnered with MONDO to release impressive works such as the "Werewolf by Night" and "Godzilla," with his design ingenuity in blending horror characters with his strong personal style always being astonishing! This time, James Groman will reinterpret the iconic monster character from "Stranger Things"—the Demogorgon. Its eerie posture and flower-like gaping maw have permeated the storyline across all four seasons to date, bringing immense pressure to viewers!
This Demogorgon stands approximately 15 inches tall and features 7 points of articulation throughout its body. Its three-head-tall proportion allows for intricate detailing of the Demogorgon's various features. Its slender yet toned musculature, combined with the faint reddish skin visible beneath the surface, and its terrifying flower-like maw, recreate the Demogorgon's eerie yet powerful image!
There are also numerous detail-rich Easter eggs on the Demogorgon's body and accessories! Wrapped around the Demogorgon's right hand are glow-in-the-dark Christmas lights, which Joyce Byers used to communicate with Will in Season 1. Its left foot features the bear trap used by Steve, Jonathan, and Nancy to fight the Demogorgon in the Season 1 finale. Stuck behind it is Steve's homemade spiked bat used to strike the Demogorgon. The accessories also include "Dart," the baby Demogorgon raised by Dustin in Season 2. It truly is a presentation full of details for this immensely important monster character throughout the entire series!
