Japanese manufacturer KLOCKWORX will release the "Rin Shima I Bought It Ver." 1/7 scale figure, based on the popular TV anime "Laid-Back Camp△" and recreating a classic scene. The suggested retail price is 24,178 JPY, with an anticipated release in August 2024.
The protagonist of the "Laid-Back Camp" series, Rin Shima, is a high school girl who enjoys solo camping during the off-season and attends the same school as Nadeshiko and others. Deeply influenced by her grandfather, Rin began outdoor camping in middle school and possesses extensive camping knowledge. She loves to ride her scooter alone to camp during the autumn and winter off-seasons, enjoying the undisturbed, tranquil scenery. It wasn't until her unexpected encounter with Nadeshiko that she experienced camping with others. Although very reliable in the wilderness, she is extremely afraid of ghosts and will run breathlessly at top speed if startled.
The KLOCKWORX "Rin Shima I Bought It Ver." 1/7 scale figure, with a total height of approximately 145 mm, brings the popular iconic "I Bought It" scene to life. It faithfully recreates Rin's adorable expression as she admires her mini grill, engaging in "camp BBQ"! It also includes an "I Bought It" dialogue plate, which can be freely attached or removed according to preference. Furthermore, the library scene is meticulously rendered, including details like the table and chairs, and features realistic paintwork with different textures for metal and wooden surfaces. Fans of Rin absolutely cannot miss this!
