Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted figure series, POP UP PARADE, is releasing a new product based on the popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" — the "Frieren" pre-painted figure. The suggested retail price is 4,800 JPY, with an estimated release in September 2024!
"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" tells the story of Frieren, an elf protagonist with an exceptionally long lifespan. In the past, she and the hero Himmel's party defeated the Demon King. However, it was only after Himmel's passing that she gradually came to understand the fleeting yet brilliant nature of human life. To better comprehend human emotions, Frieren embarks on a journey of self-discovery with the disciples of two former comrades.
This POP UP PARADE Frieren figure stands approximately 16 cm tall, faithfully recreating Frieren's appearance from the anime. Golden paint is used to replicate the decorations on her clothing, depicting Frieren in a relaxed standing pose, holding a magic book. Her head is thoughtfully turned to one side, as if reminiscing about a departed friend. Her flowing long hair exudes an elegant demeanor, giving the overall impression of grace and tranquility!
