American toy manufacturer MEZCO TOYZ's 1/6 scale statue series "STATIC SIX" recently launched a 1/6 scale statue based on the classic 1982 film "Conan the Barbarian", with a suggested retail price of 375 USD, expected to be released in Q4 2024!
"Conan the Barbarian" is adapted from Robert Ervin Howard's novel "Conan the Barbarian", directed by John Milius, and starring Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger. It tells the story of Conan, the protagonist, embarking on a journey of revenge for his brutally murdered parents in a prehistoric world filled with dark magic. Despite continuous controversy over its excessive violence and brutality after its release, the film remains beloved by many audiences!
This "Conan the Barbarian" 1/6 scale statue stands approximately 63.5 cm tall, recreating the iconic scene from the "Conan the Barbarian" movie poster where Conan raises the Sword of Atlantis, with the heroine Valeria crouching in front of him. The sculpture faithfully reproduces the likenesses of actors Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sandahl Bergman, with meticulous hand-painted details capturing their lean muscle lines. From Conan's bulging veins to Valeria's firm thigh muscles, every detail is exquisitely rendered!
