Bandai Namco Toys & Hobby recently announced a new product series based on the Godzilla film franchise: "Mini Godzilla Collection" (ミニゴジラコレクション)! It is scheduled to be released on August 3, 2024, with a suggested retail price of 550 JPY (tax included) per figure. There are a total of 10 types to collect.
The "Mini Godzilla Collection" features cute yet cool Godzilla-themed monsters crafted at a height of 5 cm. With the addition of building-shaped storage cases that have an opening and closing mechanism, you can recreate small, adorable monster invasion scenes right on your desk! Furthermore, when not in use, the mini monsters can be stored inside the cases, preventing dust accumulation and serving as convenient portable containers. Hobbyists who enjoy model making can also customize and repaint the building storage cases, adding even more detail and excitement to these miniature toys, despite their small size.
In addition to the five figures shown in the official images—Godzilla (1954), Godzilla (1991), Mechagodzilla (1974), King Ghidorah (1991), and Mothra (1992)—this Mini Godzilla Collection will also feature five additional clear versions, making a total of ten types to collect. The clear versions look fantastic! The more mini monsters you collect, the more fun you'll have~
