Bandai Co., Ltd.'s Gashapon division, under its "GASHAPON" brand, is set to release the "HG" character model series, known for its exquisite sculpting and compact size. This latest offering will feature the nostalgic and adorable villains from the popular anime "Dragon Ball" in the "HG Pilaf Gang Complete Set"! The suggested retail price is 15,000 JPY, with an anticipated release in September 2024.
The "HG Dragon Ball Pilaf Gang Complete Set" is led by the villainous monster-type Earthling Pilaf, who appeared early in the story, and also includes his subordinates: Mai and Shu. The figures exquisitely capture the characters' lively expressions and faithfully recreate their in-show appearances, including intricate details like the Dragon Ball in hand and the sword at the waist. Furthermore, the set features three Pilaf Machines, the first in the "HG Dragon Ball" series to incorporate articulated mechanisms! In addition to allowing characters to be placed in the cockpits and posed freely, the three machines can combine to recreate their iconic combined form from the series! When combined, the size surpasses all previous entries in the series, reaching a total height of 30 cm!
