As the highly anticipated Star Wars Day (May 4th, May the Fourth be with you) draws nearer, the Danish LEGO toy company has recently revealed several new Star Wars-themed sets. This article will provide product information for three of these sets: "40675 Clone Commander Cody", "75380 Mos Espa Podrace", and "75381 Droideka"!

LEGO 40675 Clone Commander Cody
Suggested Retail Price: Not yet announced, Number of Pieces: 147, Estimated Release Date: May 1, 2024
First up is "Cody" from the BrickHeadz series, which has captivated many LEGO fans with its highly recognizable big-head design. The overall design faithfully recreates Cody's classic orange and white Clone Trooper battle armor and helmet, as seen in "Revenge of the Sith." In addition to building out the details with various parts, printed elements significantly enhance the model's visual density. However, seeing the box art on the side, depicting him receiving "Order 66," brings a pang of sadness.

LEGO 75380 Mos Espa Podrace
Suggested Retail Price: Not yet announced, Number of Pieces: 718, Estimated Release Date: May 1, 2024
Next is the Podrace, presented in the highly acclaimed diorama format of recent years. In addition to LEGO-fying Sebulba's and Anakin's Podracers with beautiful proportions and faithfully recreating their colors and design details, the desert racing environment, including the rock formations and arched rocks, is also excellently rendered. The sense of immediacy, with the two Podracers one after another and Anakin in hot pursuit, is fully conveyed. Notably, the base also features Qui-Gon Jinn's words to Anakin before the race: "Remember, concentrate on the moment. Feel, don't think, use your instincts." Beside it, there's also a decorative LEGO Star Wars 25th Anniversary commemorative brick.

LEGO 75381 Droideka
Suggested Retail Price: Not yet announced, Number of Pieces: 583, Estimated Release Date: May 1, 2024
Finally, we have the Droideka, a destroyer droid capable of standing on three legs, boasting powerful firepower, and equipped with its own deflector shield. This set not only meticulously crafts excellent mechanical details but also faithfully recreates its spherical rolling configuration. Coupled with a display plaque and a mini version of the Droideka, it is absolutely a worthwhile collectible for toy enthusiasts who appreciate the diverse mechanical vehicles and weaponry of Star Wars.
