TAKARA TOMY's toy brand T-ARTS in Japan is launching a new product based on the Disney Princess series – the "Disney Princess Crystal Crown Tiara" gashapon. The suggested retail price is 300 JPY per capsule, and it is scheduled for release this April!
T-ARTS previously released the "Disney Princess Royal Crown Tiara" which featured a metallic finish. This new product, however, will showcase a crystal-like texture using translucent plastic material and be adorned with gem parts. It will be available in 6 designs: Cinderella, Ariel from The Little Mermaid, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Aurora from Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and Rapunzel from Tangled. Each crown comes with two types of stickers, allowing you to choose between silhouette images of the princesses and their partners, or portrait illustrations of the princesses. The illustrations have also been newly drawn in a fresher art style, and combined with the translucent crown body, they evoke a light and beautiful princess feel, whether worn on the head or displayed as an ornament!
