Hong Kong toy manufacturer threezero's high-end collectible series "PREMIUM" will launch a new Transformers movie series themed product – "PREMIUM Bumblebee (Gold Edition)". Limited to 60 pieces worldwide, pre-orders will open on April 22, 2024, at 09:00 AM HKT, with an estimated shipping date in Q2 2024!
The 2018 film "Bumblebee" (English: Bumblebee) tells the story of the Great War on Cybertron, where Autobot leader Optimus Prime sends Bumblebee to Earth to establish a base, ordering all Autobots to leave Cybertron while he stays behind to fight the Decepticons. Upon arriving on Earth, Bumblebee is unfortunately struck by lightning and loses his memory, only gradually recalling his mission after encountering and embarking on an adventure with the protagonist, Charlie Watson.
The PREMIUM Bumblebee (Gold Edition) is based on the previously released movie version, repainted into a new, original variant color scheme by threezero. The figure stands approximately 35.5 cm tall, retaining the 80s-era design and intricate mechanical structure from the film. The eyes feature LED light-up functions, switchable between blue (normal mode) and red (revenge mode). The entire body boasts over 90 points of articulation, and the rear wings can unfold. Accessories include a cannon and a Stinger Blaster, both with LED light-up functions. The entire body is finished with a metallic gold paint application, combined with threezero's proud weathering effects, showcasing Bumblebee's brand-new, high-quality image!
