PLEX Co., Ltd. of Japan's "Jumbo Soft Vinyl Figure" series is releasing its latest product, the "Jumbo Soft Vinyl Figure SD MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam -SD Gundam-", based on "Mobile Suit Z Gundam". The suggested retail price is 21,780 Japanese Yen, and it is scheduled for release in August 2024!
The transformable MS, MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam, developed by AEUG, is the successor to the Z Gundam. Its most significant feature is that it is a "monster" machine formed by the combination and transformation of three Core Fighters, equipped with multiple high-output generators and high-firepower armaments throughout its body. However, the overly complex transformation mechanism also led to the ZZ Gundam facing structural fragility, which was later compensated for by the development of the "Full Armor System".
The "Jumbo Soft Vinyl Figure SD MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam -SD Gundam-" boasts a substantial size with a total height of approximately 24 cm. Its low-head SD design is both cute and cool. Crafted from PVC soft vinyl for a weighty feel, it utilizes 3D digital modeling for its design, faithfully recreating the head's high-output Mega Cannon and the backpack's thrusters. It also includes armaments such as a large beam saber and a twin beam rifle. Furthermore, it ensures rotatable articulation in the neck, shoulders, hands, and waist, allowing for dynamic and cool poses!
