Japanese gashapon toy company Kitan Club (株式会社奇譚クラブ), following the popular "Zombie Cat" and "Ninja Cat," brings back its super popular feline friends! This time, they're sporting a new look, releasing the "Mummy Cat" gashapon. There are five types, with a suggested retail price of 400 JPY, scheduled for release on May 24, 2024.
The "Kitan Club Mummy Cat" gashapon, housed in cat-shaped coffins, makes its appearance! Although it's a mysterious and spooky mummy theme, once you open the exquisitely carved coffin, inside lies an adorable, plump cat with wide, round eyes! The lineup includes Gold × Calico Cat, Silver × Hachiware Cat, Bronze × Tabby Cat, Bronze-colored × White Cat, and Ivory × Gray Cat. Their cute little paws are crossed over their chests, and they feature details of being fully wrapped in bandages. The coffins are also painted with a historical, aged finish and can even be displayed upright, making them super fun for both display and play~
